Processing time
Please allow 1-2 business days for preparation before shipping.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Shipping delays caused by customs or local carriers are beyond our control, but we remain at your side should an issue arise.

Return eligibility
- You may return any item within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@artdecojewelry.shop with your order number. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Please note: We do not accept returns sent without prior notice.
Refund policy

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund.

The original shipping cost will be refunded (even though return shipping is not covered).

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Defective or damaged item?
Please contact us immediately with photos. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund — your choice.
