Yes, we ship worldwide. All orders are carefully prepared in France and dispatched with the French Post: "La Poste".
What are the delivery times ?
- France & Monaco: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- Rest of the World: 5–18 business days (depending on destination)
What are the shipping costs ?
- France & Monaco: 7.5€
- Europe: 15€
- Rest of the World: 34€
When will my order be shipped?
1-2 business days after your order
Will I be charged customs fees?
For orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are at the buyer’s expense.
Return
Can I return a piece if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense.
What if the piece is damaged or defective?
In the rare event of a defect or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@artdecojewelry.shop with photos. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and send you a replacement or full refund.
How do I request a return?
Simply email us at info@artdecojewelry.shop with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos. We’ll guide you through the process.
How long does the refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days to the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation once it's done.
Can I exchange for another item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different piece, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.

How can I place an order?
Simply select your favorite earrings, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we’ll gladly accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@artdecojewelry.shop.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order comes in our signature packaging, and includes a vintage postcard from the 1930s and an authentic art deco lace to make a bracelet or headband — a thoughtful touch of timeless charm. If you're offering it as a gift, feel free to mention it at checkout.
Can I include a personal message?
Yes, simply add your note at checkout or email us right after placing your order. We’ll handwrite it for you.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email — what should I do?
Please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
We’re truly sorry. Please email us with photos at info@artdecojewelry.shop, and we’ll make things right as quickly as possible.
About the Earrings
What materials are your earrings made of?
All of our pieces are crafted in genuine sterling silver (925), adorned with marcasite and fine natural stones such as mother-of-pearl, onyx, agate, jade, etc..
These materials reflect the timeless elegance of the Art Deco era — durable, precious, and made to last.
Do the earrings tarnish over time?
Sterling silver does not rust and is naturally resistant to water and wear. However, it may develop a patina over time due to exposure to air and impurities.
This is normal and can be easily polished.
How should I care for my earrings?
To preserve their beauty:
- Avoid wearing them in the shower, at the beach, or while sleeping.
- Keep them away from perfumes, lotions, and chemical products.
- Store them individually in the soft pouch we provide to avoid scratches and oxidation.
- Clean gently with a dry microfiber or silver polishing cloth — this will restore their original shine without damaging the stones.
Are your stones certified?
We work with semi-precious stones that do not require formal gemological certification. Each piece is selected for its quality, clarity, and authenticity.
However, each piece comes with our own certificate, detailing the materials used and attesting to its craftsmanship.
Can I wear your earrings every day?
Absolutely. Our earrings are designed to combine the elegance of the 1920s with modern-day durability — they're refined, comfortable, and made to be worn daily.
